San Blas Food and Private Yacht Dining

Fresh fish and colorful side dishes served aboard a private San Blas yacht Open-air dining area aboard a crewed catamaran in San Blas

Food aboard a San Blas yacht begins with what is fresh and available in the islands. Local fishermen may arrive by ulu with snapper, tuna or lobster, while coconut, plantain, lime, mango and herbs shape the rest of the plate. Your private chef turns those ingredients into meals prepared for your group, not a fixed restaurant menu.

Chef Amir combines Mediterranean methods with Caribbean produce: grilled fish with garlic and lemon, coconut rice with fresh herbs, ceviche balanced with lime, and vegetables dressed simply with olive oil and sea salt. Breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner are planned around your preferences, allergies and the rhythm of each sailing day.

Dining is part of the charter experience. Lunch might follow a morning snorkel, fruit can be served after a paddle to shore, and dinner begins when the yacht is secure at a quiet anchorage. The setting changes every evening, but the table remains private to your group.

Before departure we ask about dietary requirements, favorite dishes and ingredients you avoid. That lets the crew provision in Panama City and supplement the menu with responsibly sourced local catch during the charter.
