Fly and Sail Panama
Fly and Sail combines a private charter flight from Panama City with a crewed yacht charter in San Blas, booked as one package. Instead of leaving the city at 5 in the morning for a 2.5 hour 4x4 ride over the mountains and a wet launch transfer, you fly out after breakfast and are swimming off the boat before lunch. On the way back, the flight puts you in Panama City in time for an evening international connection.
The aircraft are chartered whole, not sold by the seat, so the price depends only on group size: up to 2 people $500, up to 5 people $900, and up to 9 people $1,850 on the turboprop. Those are one-way charter prices for the aircraft, fixed for 2026, and they cover the flight from Panama City to the airstrip nearest your yacht. Luggage is limited by weight, so we tell you the allowance for your specific aircraft when we confirm.
The sailing half of the package is a normal private charter on one of our own yachts: the Sunreef 62, the Leopard 42 or the Sun Odyssey 44i, with captain, cook, full board, snorkelling gear and paddleboards. Routes stay flexible. The crew watches the forecast and picks the anchorages, whether that means the reef at Cayos Holandeses, the sandbanks at Chichime or a quiet night in Coco Bandero.
Most Fly and Sail guests book 3 to 7 nights. Three nights suit travellers adding San Blas to a Panama Canal trip; a week is what people choose when the islands are the point of the holiday. We handle the flight slot, the yacht, the transfer at the airstrip and the Guna Yala formalities, and you receive one itinerary with one price in USD.
